I think you are “failing” retirement perfectly Alan. I retired from my career At Accenture (Andersen Consulting) at age 42. Many told me I couldn’t, but I told them if their definition was to sit around on a rocking chair on the front porch watching the world go by, then they were correct. But I defined it as doing whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted, with whoever I wanted. And then spent the next 20 years following God’s calling to lead a team helping children grow in to great adults. I loved it, even dealing with those people who lied to me, stole from me and/or broke my heart, because I knew I was exactly where God wanted me to be. Keep up your great retirement!
